2. What data we process
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects standard technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type), as is the case with virtually every website. We also process data you actively provide through our contact form: name, company/organization, email address, and your message.
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and to get in touch with you. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Contact form
Data entered in the contact form is sent by email to hello@next-zurich.ch and stored there to process your inquiry. It is deleted once your inquiry has been fully handled and no legal retention obligation applies.
5. Hosting
This website is operated by a hosting provider based in Switzerland. Your data is processed and stored in Switzerland accordingly.
6. Google Maps
On our contact page, we embed a map from Google Maps (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). Loading the map may allow Google to collect data and transfer it to the US or to servers outside Switzerland. Google's privacy policy applies, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to request information about the personal data we process about you, as well as its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Please contact hello@next-zurich.ch.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to legal requirements make it necessary. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
